"Doctors and nurses great reception staff poor"

I am so grateful for this service as it saved me a lot of pain and hassle. The doctors and nurses were great. However, the reception staff were chatting about going out when I was waiting to be seen to. They turned their chairs to the desk so they couod not see anyone was waiting. I watched them do this with people after me. During one of their many conversations they started swearing which to me in unacceptable as it is a professional place and there were young children in the room.
