(as a service user),

I was left lying on a hospital trolley for 4 hours without being assessed by a doctor or senior nurse.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience on Patient Opinion. I was sorry to hear that you were left on a trolley for 4 hours without being seen.

I will make sure that I pass on your comments to the Patient Experience Manager at the hospital.
