"I’ve learned how to cope in a crisis"

About: Community mental health services Community mental health services / Recovery College

(as a service user),

I’m a carer for my wife who’s had long term mental illnesses and the recovery college service, classes and trainers are an actual life saver.

I’ve learned how to cope in a crisis.

Where the phone  numbers for the duty doctor or the home care team go either unanswered or to voicemail and nobody gets back.

I had to ask my GP to email the trust for someone to contact me?
