About: Ilkeston Community Hospital

What I liked

The free parking and the hospital is easy to get to.

What could be improved

It would be considerate to inform the patient if their appointment has been cancelled and put back a week then I wouldn't waste time off work attending.

The choose and book doesn't do either; my first choice was Long Eaton. The Ilkeston appointment was made for me after not receiving a reply within the timeframe from the choose and book number.

Anything else?

I haven't had any treatment yet to comment on.
