"Mental health support line"

About: Springfield University Hospital (London)

I am told to call the support line when I'm struggling. I have tried 6 times tonight and the phone just rings with no answer. I feel very let down.

My name is Farai and I am the Engagement & Experience Co-ordinator for the Trust.

I am sorry you have not been able to get hold of the Mental Health Support Line and the distress this has caused.

Please give us a call on the PALS line on 020 3513 6150 and someone will be able to speak with you today between 9am and 5pm, or send an email to complaints@swlstg.nhs.uk for an immediate response.

If you are feeling unwell please go the your GP or your nearest A&E.

I will pass this onto the Mental Health Support Line manager but can I please confirm that you are ringing 0800 028 8000 and have left a message as they should be able to return your call.

Kind regards

Farai
