What I liked

The friendly staff and high standards ,people and medical skills

What could be improved

The availability of notes i.e. strokes etc. would have enabled the consultant to be of help when doing his job,by experiance as in the past 12 years providing your own copys of original documents for financial assistance can take 4-5 years ,providing and keeping records by a hospital can improve recovery because all health facilitys are not available concerning DWP documentation regardless of financial status

Anything else?

The incredible amount of technical involvement at a huge cost and expertise is nothing but amazing and for this to be available is nothing but incredible in itself

In regards to the availability of patient notes we currently looking to make some large scale changes and improvements which would make accessing patient notes alot more efficient.
