I would like to thank all members of staff involved in looking after my son when he was referred to the child assessment department as an emergency.
Everybody was very respectful, kind and helpful and kept us informed at all times.
My son was seen by two Drs and I know we are not allowed to named anybody, but the female Dr was really lovely and my son felt very comfortable with her.
The Dr referred my son for an Emergency MRI for the next day.
Everybody again, involved in the process of my sons MRI were really helpful and very kind.
The only negativity I would say is that my son was seen by an older male Dr, who was nice, but he didn't quite have the patience I would expect from anybody in the care profession.
He was fine and I wouldn't criticise hes expertise, but a little bit more patience, especially with a child, would make the whole experience pretty much perfect.
Thank you Colchester Hospital.
