I had a colonoscopy last week in the Department of Endoscopy at St Mary's.
I have nothing but praise - kindness and gentle humour, professionalism and caring were shown to me by all.
I was last in the list (someone has to be) and had to wait poised for an hour and a half, getting even more nervous, but when I finally went through the team were brilliant.
