The PALS team have offered advice and kind words when I called them a few months ago. Being recently bereaved I was in a dreadful state.

The lady I spoke to was so kind her words were like a hug to me.

She was patient and soothing and very helpful.

My concerns weren’t for Leeds hospital but she guided and advised me
