What I liked

It was New Year's Eve and staff were coping with some very difficult and abusive patients. They were calm and efficient. Also they kept me informed about timings and discussed all tests in advance. I reported a blocked toilet in the dept and they dealt with it immediately. All staff, including ambulance, nursing, doctors, porters and security were friendly, helpful and respectful.

What could be improved

Waiting in drafty corridor outside x-ray room was uncomfortable.
