Early hours of Thursday 21st March 2019, my mum arrived at UCH emergency department, with anxiety, finding it difficult to breath, due to a flare up of her COPD. From the time my mum was taken from her home, by the caring ambulance crew, who arrived within 10mins, to the ED to AMU, all the doctors and nurses did a excellent job, of taking very good care of my mum, blood tests, xrays, etc, this was not the first time my mum had been admitted to the ED, only a few months prior, Mum was admitted for the same illness. I have to give credit where credit Is due, A massive thank you for your dedication, caring, empathetic approach to a job that is extremely demanding, NHS provide a excellent service, but unfortunately a lot of time wasters put a enormous strain on our NHS.
Keep the brilliant work and service you provide to patients who need it.
