"Disappointed again and again"

About: Claybrook Centre

I was first seen by the treatment and recover team after i was sectioned under the mental health act and they said a plan would be put in place so i see a mental health nurse several times a week. Nothing happned. Months later i spoke to a psychiatrist about potentially having Emotionally Unstable Personality disorder. After the appointment I heard nothing for at least 3 months.

I had another appointment in February which went ok, i was booked to have another appointment in March and this was clarified after i ended up in a&e in late February but when i turned up i was told i didn't have an appointment that day, in fact i had an appointment a few days earlier that i was never informed about.

The service here is appauling to say the least, if youre in desperate need of help do not put all your hopes into this service. Often, the lack of support given to those with mental health issues can be as distressing as the original mental health issue, which I believe applies here.
