"A&E Visit 18/2/19"

I was cycling around the Keighley area on the morning of 18th February 2019 and fell from my bike during which I received a head injury and was taken to Airedale A&E by ambulance. I must say that the ambulance staff were excellent and on my arrival the staff in A&E were friendly caring and welcoming during my care. During my four hour stay I was kept informed over what was happening and what processes I was due to take part in. In these current days of hearing reports of doom and gloom regarding the NHS I must say I have nothing but credit for the staff who treated me and the way the Hospital projected itself. A credit to the staff and the Organisation.
