My daughter was referred to southmead imaging department . I must say the way we were looked after by one particular staff member who preformed the procedure, was of the highest standard, he explained every thing from start to finish and in a manor that put my daughter at ease. He took time with me as a anxious mother and reassured me in a way that I was content and confident that she was in good hands. Not everyone has this ability to carry this of only a special kind of person can achieve this. I can't speak highly enough of our experience and that's all down to this staff member. it's not often enough in life that you meet someone like him.

Truly a caring professional the NHS need a lot more people like him.
