"The department needs to look at ways of working in..."

About: Manchester Royal Eye Hospital

What I liked

When we finally saw the doctor he was very informative

What could be improved

Arrived at 12noon and details were taken at 1pm. Saw a nurse at 2pm and then had to wait until 5.35pm to see the doctor.

As a centre of excellence it is a great pity the service does not match the new building. Apparently only one doctor on duty.

To add insult to injury the staff left a waiting room full,of adults with children's tv programmes.
