What I liked

Although my appointment was late the staff were friendly and the waiting area was clean and quiet. The consultant was very helpful and we discussed a treatment plan, and even dictated the notes while I was there (perhaps to save time later) but this mase me feel like I wasn't being kept in the dark at all.

What could be improved

I sometimes feel that the signposting to the different departments is not that clear from the main enterance or . On my first visit I was a bit confused, but have atteneded quite a few times in a few different departments so can now find my way around.

Anything else?

I live quite close by and find that because of the car park charges a lot of people park on my road instead. This makes it very difficult for me to get to my house, which is irritating when I've had a long day at work.

Thank you very much for taking the time to comment, patient feedback is very valuable. It is reassuring to hear that you were treated with dignity and respect and would recommend the Hospital to others . I have recently reviewed the signage with the Estates manager and am awaiting a quote to update some of our existing area signage. I apologise for the difficulties the Hospital Car parking has on you and your neighbours.
