Mental Health is a very seriousi issue and can lead to fatal consequences so it is a great pity that this is not treated as such BY ALL GPS

Is this not part of their training or is it not treated with respect and seriousness that it should be.?

Sometimes just a kind word or merely eye contact is all it needs for someone suffering.

Is this too much to ask?

Unfortunately from your comment on here I cannot tell who you are or investigate this further.

If you have any complaints about the practice it is more helpful for you to ask to speak to myself the manager and I can look into this for you.

Please contact the surgery on 01384 422591 and ask to speak to the manager and I will listen to your concerns and try and help.
