What I liked
I attended orthopaedic outpatients 12/4/12 .The clinic was running late the staff remained good humoured patient ,helpful and informative.I wish to say a big thankyou. I was treated as an idividual not a broken bone and given first class care from each and every worker in reception clinic X-ray plaster room that I met in the department. I never felt rushed or harassed despite there obvious large workload.
Anything else?
When I say thankyou to one and all I really mean all and I do hope by writing here, those involved at orthopaedic outpatients will hear how pleased and grateful I am for your care during my appointment
"despite delay excellent service thankyou"
