Dear Anonymous – I am sorry that your experience of the Urology Service at Southmead Hospital was has been so unsatisfactory, that you considered the environment was not very clean and that the communication has been poor. Unfortunately without more detail it is impossible for me to check on the circumstances of your treatment, and to assist you to understand your care plan and the reasons for your transfer to the BRI.

It is likely your transfer to the BRI is part of the joined-up treatment the Urology Service promotes, but you should have been informed of this. We would be very happy to check on this and assist you further if you would like to contact Urology Outpatients on 0117 323 3165, or supply details via complaints@nbt.nhs.uk.
