What I liked

Some members of staff are excellent and should be praised. My consultant.

What could be improved

Food is an area that really should be improved. Also not always offered the full array as some nurses were keeping stuff for themsleves. No help was given to many patients who struggled to feed themeselves.

My IV line was removed and so was another patients even though it should not have been!

Staff talking in languages between themselves that is not english is not just rude but should not happen as it was obvious they were just talking about patients.

Staff arguing in the ward about who should go and help out on another ward as a patient I don't want to be privy to this.

The constant disturbance during the night as patients come and go and then the compulsory awakening at 6~:30.

The fact that the place is never dark so it makes sleep harder when it is a time when you should be resting.

Anything else?

More staff should be monitored as the way they talk to paitents are spoken to in a disgraceful manner. If you cannot feed yourself do not expect someone to help you. Not that you would want to eat it anyway I was in a week and lost 8lb. Great if you want to lose weight not so greate if you are already under weight and tyring to put on 6lb.
