"I never thought I'd describe staying in hospital..."

What I liked

The care I received from both the nursing staff and the medical staff was impeccable. Kind, caring, informative, reassuring are all words I would use. Even over the Easter bank holiday when staff were fewer the level of care did not diminish.

The cleaning was of a very high standard, this is outsourced and I was very impressed. I underdstand that MRSA has been eradicated recently.

What could be improved

On one day the catering staff were not so efficient, the glasses were not washed when the water was changed and no-one came to take our order for the evening meal so we had to have what was available which was not that good. One of the staff was particularly patronising. I know the catering is outsourced but it's worth mentioning.
