"Rude staff"

I was treated with disdain for not knowing the process when I attended with perforated eardrums. There is no need for such rudeness from the receptionist and the nurse I saw on the ground floor. The staff on the first floor were very pleasant and what you'd expect. Decent humans not trying to make people who are suffering feel worse than they already do.

Staff on the ground floor need some people skill training.
