"MRI scan"

I had an MRI scan at Hadley Wood Hospital today. When I arrived I was so worried and scared of the procedure. The guy who met me at the reception and then helped me to get ready for the scan was absoluteley brilliant. He was the radiologist and let my sister come in with me, which really helped me as I was anxious. I am very pleased as he made me feel very relaxed and was so kind. Everything went smooth for me and I left relaxed and happy. Well done to the stuff and that particular radiologist (sorry that I didn't asked his name )

Thank you for taking time to leave feedback on NHS Choices.

It is quite normal people are scared and we have some wonderful staff who make it as calming as possible.

I will try and track the radiologist down as I am sure he would be chuffed too bits with your kind words.
