Having recently moved to the area presented the surgery with repeat prescription information from former GP 3 times. After 3 months have only just been given access prescrption requests online only to find that not all items are listed! I have not been given a paper copy. All repeat prescriptions requsted have been wrong (items missing). Having been given every excuse as to why this happened - was told to see a doctor. All the doctor did was want to change medication that was working perfectly well!
Chaotic administration with staff that do not appear to have a clue.
Doctors & healthcare staff that only want to impose their opinions of medications whilst ignoring previous GP information & do not listen to the patient.
Very worried for the future if i stay at this practice.
