What I liked

The clinic was very crowded and busy but the staff were very good and worked hard to get you seen as soon as possible near your appointment time by allocating your consultation by appointment times and not a first come first seen basis.

What could be improved

Not much with the facilties available.

Having met with the consultant in Oct 2011 it was decided that a scan was required. The consultant who did the scan a couple of weeks later then requested a MRI which was done within 48hrs, amazing. Then it fell apart as they lost the results. Despite repeated calls to the consultants secretary nothing happend until my GP personally got involved and I received an outpatients appointment in March where it was decided i needed an op but now have to wait on an extended waiting list due to the poor admin at this hospital blamed on the computer systems. What happened to 'if it a'int broke dont fix it'.
