About: Royal Derby Hospital / Emergency department

I was seen extremely quickly, the staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate.

They took a genuine interest in my problem and made sure I understood what to do.

The nurse practitioner I saw even took time to show me my xrays and talk me through them.

I was particularly impressed with how the staff all worked together and everyone was consistently great. Thank you so much - I only had a minor problem tonight but feel completely confident that I couldn't be better cared for if I ever had to visit for something more serious.
