"Brilliant"

My mother needed a Gastroscopy with spray in the Edonscopy Department. There was a free shuttle bus on the hour to and from Newcastle hospital to Stafford which they explained about when booking her in over The phone. The staff took great care of my mother who is in her 80s frail and hard of hearing. They took this in consideration and let her sit with me in the waiting room until the last minute rather than the preparation room..She said they spoke to her very clearly and the surgeon shook her hand. They noted that she could not hear so called me to come in for the results. After a 15 minute procedure she had her printed results and pictures of the test. Brilliant, considerate and efficient. She actually enjoyed the day not the camera but the rest.
