"What a waste of time !!!"

About: Wexham Park Hospital / Accident and emergency

Worst hospital ever!

Waited 7 hours to be seen , without obs, bloods, or anything!

A doctor called after the long wait , talked for 2 minutes then he sends me home ! So people, please do go to other a&e if you can and avoid waiting and wasting time in that hospital !

Dear Michael

I am sorry the wait was so long in ED we have had some long waits I am afraid as we do not know what is going to come in through the door, we do try and prioritise and I am sorry you were left for so long. If you would like me to investigate further why there was a delay and that you were only seen for 2 minutes please email me with further details to fhft.patientexperience@nhs.net and I will try and look into your case?
