"Crisis resolution home treatment team - Enfield"

About: Barnet, Enfield And Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust

As a highly experienced care professional myself; I would never dream of treating any human being in the despicable manner I was treated. Apparently as a patient you are not entitled to a voice or opinions or allowed to ask credible questions such as why paranoia would be diagnosed as opposed to hypervigilence as a consequence of a shocking 8 year campaign of bullying, discrimination and harassment by a previous employer. They simply reiterated the contemptible, discriminatory and oppressive manner in which I as treated by bullying ex employer that has made my life a living hell since 2014 and continues to do so with this team adding their rubber stamp to nay misery.

Refused to answer my very relevant questions pertaining to a diagnosis that seeks to imply that the very real bullying and harassment I have been subjected to are due to paranoia. So it would appear my crisis was created by a figment of my deeply troubled imagination. Request for my assessment ignored, request for medication review ignored. Told that my diagnosis is not negotiable. Discharged without being told and 3 months later assessment about me continues to be withheld; despite repeated requests. Telephone calls to management with requests for calls to be returned ignored. Discharge summary written by someone I have never met full of contradictions and factual inaccuracies as I discovered I now apparently have an active eating disorder as have been throwing up for the last two years ( Have never been diagnosed with an eating disorder in my life, other than once mentioning in 2017 I tried this briefly as a teenager)and despite never even discussing this when assessed by crisis team.

Apparently I appeared hostile and was bitter but the tone of my speech was normal - how is this even conceivable, not to mention I have never met the person who wrote this.

Refused to send me discharge summary in December 2018 and had to wait to see copy via my GP.

Still refused copy of assessment with my requests refused!

Never did I ever think it was imaginable that a vulnerable person having a crisis could be treated in such a manner and left in a far worse state after their intervention which only exacerbated my symptoms and the way I felt.

Where does one get the help they need in a crisis when it is clearly apparent there is no one to actually carers to help you. I await the out come of a previous long outstanding complaint pertaining to the assessment team which is 6 months overdue as well as the additional complaint further to this experience. SAR data also continues to remain withheld from 2017. IAPT SAR also ignored and request for clarity on where I was on waiting list for CBT simply ignored. How can there ever be any trust or confidence in people or organisations that treat patients in this shocking manner.
