What I liked

I found both A and E and the fracture clinic extremely helpful and also into creative management of my time- and presumably theirs. I had two appointments on the same day, one to have a plaster removed and the second about follow-up with the consultant. Whilst having the plaster off, the nurse organised it so that I could be seen by the Consultant straight after instead of waiting for the afternoon appointment- it made sense and used all of our time better.
