My experience has been really well accepted. I have found the course really helpful. It has made me understand how I've been feeling in the past, and helped me to identify the problems that have made me feel out of control. I have understood and learnt many techniques of how to reduce my stress, worry.
I have been able to self evaluate and identify my strengths, what I want from life, also the people and the type of people I want to be around.
