About: The Grey Road Surgery

Poor telephone line, always busy, unable to get through to get an appointment. If your at work and unable to take return calls, it is not worth bother to call the GP surgery as you have to wait for a call back to ask for an appointment. I don’t enjoy discussing personal details regards my appointment with the receptionist when I am able to get through.

Hello, I am really sorry to hear you have been having issue's with our phone lines. You are under no obligation to discuss health problems with our receptionsist you can advise them it is personal and we can still ask a GP to call you back. The reason why they ask for a brief description is so they can assure you are dealt with by the correct clinician as soon as possible without any delays. I am the assistant manager and deal with any complaints, I have not been asked to call anyone back re this issue unfortunately.
