I was seen at the Victoria Hospital recently.   I did find the clinic a little tricky to find as there was no instruction that came with the letter.   Upon finding the clinic through a fabulous famale Dr, who stopped what she was doing in her ward and took me directly there! Bonus! Upon being received I was taken promptly for my appointment. The nurse Jean couldn't have been any nicer, thorough with her information and made me feel completely at ease! I couldn't have been treated any better or any kinder than I was.   The staff carrying out the procedure were just fabulous (all ladies) and thank you Scottish NHS for a diamond service, attention to detail regarding me personally and my procedure! Thank you so much! You were all just brilliant! ! 10/10! !

Thank you so much for you post on Care Opinion following your recent procedure at the Victoria Hospital.

I am sorry to read that you found the unit difficult to locate but I am reassured that the staff were able to direct you to the unit and you were seen promptly.

It is nice to read how much the staff made you feel at ease and were able to fully inform you throughout your time in the department, as well as how much you value the NHS. I will be sure to pass on your kind comments to Jean and the rest of the team.

Jean and all the staff deserve the recognition. They were just brilliant and made my experience as comfortable as it could be! I highly value our Scottish NHS and all that the staff do 👌 x
