I was in your Day Intervention Unit yesterday for a colonoscopy and I just wanted to tell you what a terrific team you have there. From the moment I arrived at Reception, Stacey could not have been more pleasant. Rhona then took me round to the cubicles and she was delightful. The Nurse in Charge, Jean, then took me thoroughly through the procedure and we sorted out the paperwork. She was fabulous! There was a problem with getting an appropriate blood sample and Elaine did it very efficiently. Staff Nurse Jodi was brilliant with a great sense of humour and tea and toast! Marie, Wilma and Lanie were both great in Theatre and despite my body aching and battered today, John did a great job and when I wasn’t suffering the occasional bouts of pain, he was superb and I found the whole procedure fascinating.

I appreciate that you probably get complaints about this and that, so I though I would redress the balance!

Thank you so much for your positive review, its always nice to hear feedback from our patients. I am pleased to hear that all members of our team were pleasant and efficient, from the receptionist to theatre staff, nurses and Endoscopist. I am sorry there was a problem with your original blood sample but happy this was resolved in an efficient manner. I am glad you had an opportunity to observe parts of the procedure and that the discomfort you experienced did not detract from this. I will be sure to pass your compliments onto the whole team. Thank you once again for taking the time to share your experience.
