"Cancelled appointment"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute) / Ophthalmology

About 90 minutes before my appointment at the Opthalmology department at Northampton General Hospital I received a phone call telling me my appointment had been cancelled.   The Glaucoma clinic had been cancelled.   I think the caller said the doctor wasn't able to attend.   My appointment said I would see Dr. M or one of his team so I don't know why the whole clinic was cancelled.   Early March was the first appointment  available  and I had waited 9 weeks for it.   Now I have to wait to hear from NGH about another appointment which will further delay the start of my treatment for glaucoma.
