i have no issues with any of the staff members they all very polite & caring. Practice is bringing new changes in a positive way to improve their overall service.

i would strongly recommend Practice to separate their reception area from next door practice as it becomes very noisy &

Confuses new patients to differentiate between 2 practices.

i was reading all reviews about reception staff which i don't agree i think it is because of joint reception area.

We always do our best to offer an efficient and caring service for our patients. We are looking into having separate reception area. Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. It is much appreciated. We will share it with all our staff in the staff meeting.
