"Marriage guidance"

We were stuck in the same vicious cycle of arguing/ not talking/avoiding conversations, so decided marriage counselling was something we should try before giving up on us. I am so glad we did as we now have a better understanding of each other and how we were making the other feel. We were able to talk over problems with help, guidance and support of a councillor. It was hard but well worth it. We have now finished our sessions and are still able to talk over our problems and have realised that we not only still love each other but that we actually like each other. I would recommend to anyone who is in a similar situation to give it a go before giving up on each other.
