What I liked
I was treated promptly at each stage during my time in Acciedent and Emergency. The staff were courteous, friendly and professional.
What could be improved
The main waiting area could be a little more appealing but it was adequate.
Anything else?
Pleasantly surprised by my experience as I have heard so many horror stories about A & E.

It is a strange but true fact that people are more likely to voice concerns than compliments, so we're very pleased to hear that your experience was a good one and thank you for taking the time to post your comments. Our A and E waiting area has been undergoing some changes recently and I will pass on your comments to see if there is anything that can be done to make it a little more appealing.
