"I made a piggy bank and jewellery box"

About: Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital / Play Service

(as the patient),

I had to stay in my room in hospital for 2 days with wires on my head and was being videod. I wasn't allowed to leave my room and I was really bored.

Luckily Sarah from the play therapy team came to My room and brought me lots of different stuff to do! I made a piggy bank and jewellery box and she even got the magician to come and see me in my room! It really helped me manage to stay in my room so the doctors can help me get better. Mummy was really grateful to Sarah too as it meant she got a break from entertaining me!

Dear Ev13

I am sorry to hear you had to be stuck in your room for 2 days. I would have been so bored if that had been me. Sounds like Sarah had some great things for you to do though to keep you entertained. I wish I had been there for the magician that must have been really good to see.

Hope you are home and feeling better

I will make sure Sarah gets your feedback so she knows how much she helped you
