What I liked

Despite the delay time for treatment - the A+E siter in charge kept everyone in the waiting area informed and updated.

What could be improved

The waiting area is way too small with barely enough seating. . .

Anything else?

All staff in the department deserve a pat on the back for having to work under a huge amount of pressure.
