Asked for appointment was told couldn't book one on that day Tuesday wanted appointment for Friday was told to ring up Friday morning phone went to answer machine 5 times fro 8 t0 20 past.. finally got a receptionist and was told there was no appointments left after being told on Tuesday they couldn't pre book till Friday morning. Very stroppy when I asked why all the appointments had gone told me I could go on cancelled list no compromise just told they where answering phone how could they have when I was on the line ringing no engaged tone then answer machine .feel like I have been lied to and when caught them out just got robbed off.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused whilst you were trying to make an appointment at our practice, this is not what we like to hear.

We offer a variety of ways to book appointments at the practice, book on the day, pre-bookable up to 2 weeks in advance, booking on line via the NHS App. I am sorry to hear that you felt the receptionist was stroppy, if you would like to give me a call so we can discuss this further.
