I recently went through a consultation, pre-op assessment and knee operation at the BMI Saxon Clinic and could not fault the process or staff from start to finish.
The pre-op assessment was well run and informative.
My brief 2 day stay for my operation was very comfortable and the on-site nursing/physio team were outstanding, friendly and professional.
Although my appetite was not that great, the food was extremely good and the ladies that served it were considerate and delightful.
As for the operation itself, one particular surgeon and his team were first class, very informative, calming and professional.
NHS at its best.
