"Appaling service"

After battling for best part of 30 minutes on the phone to even get through.

The receptionist will talk over you. Tell you there are no appointments. That they have 12000 patients on their books,and fob you off. If you battle hard enough you may get a doctor to call you but it won't be until later that evening.

Think you may have a UTI and pregnant? They (the receptionists) will just send you straight to the maternity unit. If you insist on leaving a sample you can only do so between 8-12. Leaving you suffering for a further 24 hours.

The doctors are always running late (some times 45 minutes) and the doctors do not read your notes. I was told on numerous occasions I was pregnant and couldn't have certain medications when in fact I had had a miscarriage a few months prior.

Every receptionist I have come across here has been rude and unprofessional.
