"disgusting dirty and under staffed would rather..."

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

What I liked

absolutely nothing about ward 10 or aau which is where my husband went first was a very pleasant experience, his drugs were lost he was left dirty and no-one would help him to a toilet amongst other things,my husband has terminal cancer and went in with breathing problems,ok this was sorted out but the standard of care was appalling his catheter was blocked and he was sent home like this when i collected him he was soaked through with urine and even the so called emergency bell was a joke, over 2 hours to get someone to come to him then got told off as they were under staffed and didnt have time to see to him (a nurses comment not his)

What could be improved

more staff more cleanliness
