My mother had passed out and was taken to the hospital. I arrived at the hospital after
a while as I was not with my mother when she was taken. She was awake. I just briefly managed to see the doctor when came to arrange some test for my mother. After the test my mother was transferred to another room where patient could rest until the results had been seen by the doctor.
All the patients in there were given something to eat while waiting. There patients were treated well.
We were at the hospital for few hours. A nurse then came with some antibiotics for my mother and we were told we could leave. I asked what happened to the doctor? The doctor was suppose to come and see us and talk to us to what really happened to my mum. The nurse
said the doctor won't be coming but she will check the CT scan results. The antibiotics was for urine infection. My mother was discharged but no discharged letter given.
I asked the nurse for it and she simply said the doctor said it will be posted to us. This has never happened before where when someone is taken in hospital and no discharge letter given.
Todate we never received any letter nor we know what was the results of the CT scan.
"No discharge letter"
