"Staff were tremendous"

About: Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I feel the NHS gets a lot of bad press for the least little thing, I am not one of those people.  I had an appointment for an Endoscopy, Victoria Hospital, on a Sunday!

Appointment was 2.30pm I was out of there at 3.30pm. Little or no waiting time.

Staff were tremendous, it is a very uncomfortable procedure but the staff made it so much easier.

A.N.Other didn’t get her name (Rangers Supporter)

Remember the staff are working 24/7 to try and keep us healthy with limited resources nowadays.

Dear Endoscopy

Thank you so much for you post on Care Opinion following your recent procedure at the Victoria Hospital.

I am sorry to read that you found the procedure very uncomfortable but am reassured that the staff helped to make it easier for you.
It is nice to read how much you value not only the NHS but the staff who work in it and I will be sure to pass on your kind comments to Mr. Amin, Gill, Nicola and our Ranger supporter who I think may be Shona!
