I attended A and E on Sunday afternoon. The receptionist was patient and professional. The ECG operator was also very helpful and pleasant. Finally the Doctor that I saw was professional, jolly and had very good communication skills. I left having been treated with utmost respect.

I smiled when I read your comment about the Dr being jolly as it is something I see when I am in the department. It is hard to think of better comments than 'treated with utmost respect'.
