"Very thorough medical consultations"

I have needed to attend this surgery frequently during the past year due to experiencing multiple symptoms, now diagnosed as being caused by neuropathy. The doctor I see has been very thorough at each appointment and given time to listen and assess my medical situation. She has arranged various tests and has always explained how she is progressing to determine the cause of my symptoms which have fluctuated with time. When needed, she has also contacted other colleagues, both in the surgery and Royal Berkshire Hospital, to determine how I can be directed to the most appropriate specialist. She is always understanding and patient and has provided me with continuous support for which I am most grateful.
