"Greatful patient"

I am writing to thank everyone working on the Coronary Care Unit at Royal Bolton Hospital where I have recently been an impatient. The outstanding nursing care, efficiency, kindness and respect shown to me was exemplary.

In recent times the National Health Service has received plenty of criticism, however I feel I must praise the entire ward staff. Everyone involved in my care was friendly, they worked extremely diligently as a team and being a patient was a pleasant and reassuring experience.
