Went in yesterday evening in the extended access clinic with my uncle for his flu jab & was actually amazed with the female hca/Nurse who was running the clinic.
She smiled at us as soon as we walked in & greeted my uncle with uppermost respect, she introduced herself & explained that even though my uncle was booked in for flu jab she will be doing his BP & Pneumonia injection too.
I was very impressed the way she cane across & how professional & kind she was at the same time.
I did hear that the practice has recently been taken over by a doctor from Barkerend & this staff member is from his team which I am so relieved to know that they will make positive changes to this practice in comparison to before.
Hope she is a permanent member & looking forward to meeting the other Doctor’s team too.
Thank you so much for looking after my uncle yesterday evening.
